Implementation Guide
1 .Soak rice vermicelli in cold water for 20–30 minutes until soft and remove. Boil about 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan for eggs to thin and then remove from the pan. Let it cool down, then cut into small pieces. Boil 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, add shrimp to the island, then empty the plate.
